To be eligible for a refunds, returns or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition of which when you have received it. Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags, gifts and any packaging.
Damaged parcel or missing item caused by local courier service is to be claim with respective courier service.
(Maximum claim is RM200 per parcel subjected to courier service approval, additional insurance cover at 2% cost available upon request)
Refunds, returns and exchanges must be made by notifying us within  days from the date of received. Once we approve your request, we will supply you with our returns address.
We do not provide warranty for the following:
*Manufactured defective on digital, electronic and electrical products. (e.g CD, DVD, lightstick). These item(s) purchased are at the customer’s own risk because we are unable to detect the defectives by looking at the outside.
*Items that we helped customer to place order online under request, these items will send straight from Korea, we are unable to check during purchase.
We ship out the item 'as is' the condition we receive it from South Korea. Warranty is as provided by the manufacturer. We can assist to communicate with official store for refund/exchange option, the fee of returning the item (to Korea) is at customer’s cost.
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
* Items with minor scratches, discoloration, product printing defective.
Goyangikoreamy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments during transit. If this worries you, you can request for insurance protection.

Items sold non-returnable and non-refundable. Warranty is as provided by manufacturer, however buyer would need to ship the product back to Korea at your cost for any exchange.
No cancellation or refund is allowed after customers have made payment (either deposit or full payment).
We accept return(s) or refund(s) if :
*you receive a product different from your order
Full refund will be given under the following circumstances:-
*The item(s) ordered are out of stock
*We failed to deliver your order for more than 3 months from the date of payment and/or from the date of the item's release date.
